Atelier dell’Errore

Atelier dell’Errore

Atelier dell’Errore (AdE) is a collective dedicated to the visual arts and performance. The Atelier dell’Errore project was founded in 2002 as a visual arts workshop that the artist Luca Santiago Mora created for neurodivergent children in the care of the local health service of Reggio Emilia and Bergamo. In 2015 a number of these young people, who had worked together at the atelier for 8–10 years and had reached adulthood, expressed the desire to undertake a professional artistic career. Their urgent wish lead to the creation of the Atelier dell’Errore artist collective, which is completely separate from the healthcare service. Since its foundation, the collective has been permanently housed in spaces made available by Collezione Maramotti.
