The company Cams S.r.l., with its registered head office at Via Giulia Maramotti No. 4, 42124 Reggio Emilia (RE) (hereinafter, the “Company” and/or the “Data Controller” and/or the “Maramotti Collection”), acts as the Data Controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679), and hereby provides you with certain information on the processing of your personal data.
The Company shall process the following categories of personal data (hereinafter, “Personal Data”, which shall mean all of the following categories, considered together):
(i) personal details – information on your name and surname;
(ii) contact details – information on your e-mail address, telephone number and residential address
provided by you when you register at our website for booking a tour and/or when you subscribe to our mailing list or, if applicable, provided when contacted by our press office or to the Company’s staff.
The Personal Data provided when you register at our website www.collezionemaramotti.org for booking a tour (hereinafter, “Booking”) shall be processed in order to manage your booking for guided tours at the Maramotti Collection. The legal grounds for the processing of Personal Data for a Booking is to fulfil the contractual obligations regarding that Booking. Personal Data shall only be retained for the time required to guarantee that the services linked to the Booking are carried out correctly and until any legal obligations are completely fulfilled or, in any case, no longer than 60 days from the date of the Booking.
The Personal Data provided when you register both online (at our website www.collezionemaramotti.org) and through the paper form to our mailing list (hereinafter, the “Newsletter”) shall be processed to keep you up-to-date about events and activities organised by the Maramotti Collection. The legal grounds for the processing of Personal Data for the Newsletter is the consent you granted. This Personal Data shall be processed until you withdraw your consent.
Any Personal Data provided when contacted by our press office or to the Company’s staff shall be processed in order to invite you to official events as well as to send you material on activities organised by the Maramotti Collection. The legal grounds for this processing lies in the Company’s legitimate interest to let you know about the events and activities organised by it, following your registration.
The provision of your Personal Data, although not compulsory, is essential for managing your Booking and for sending you, based on the interest you expressed, any Newsletters and invitations to events and activities organised by us.
We shall store your Personal Data for the entire time required to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (for example, when the user makes a Booking, for the duration of this Booking and, in any case, no longer than 60 days from the date of the Booking, or when the user subscribes to the Newsletter until they withdraw their consent), without prejudice to your right to request that we delete your Personal Data freely and at any time by contacting the Company as indicated below, or by using the special link to delete you from the mailing list available at the bottom of each communication that we might send you.
Your Personal Data shall be stored on computers and/or in paper form and shall be accessible to the Company’s authorised staff, as well as by the staff of our third-party suppliers, affiliated companies or partners, who shall act as duly appointed data processors, using this data according to the Company’s instructions.
You may freely access your Personal Data at any time, or request that it is updated, amended or deleted, or object to the processing or request that it is restricted, request that it is made portable and exercise any other rights provided under current legislation on personal data protection by sending an email to: ref_privacy@collezionemaramotti.org, or by sending a letter by regular mail to the Company’s address indicated above.
